1. General
- All items posted are sold on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All descriptions, specifications, and details are provided to the best of the seller’s knowledge.
2. Payment
- Full payment must be made before the release of the item.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, or Agreed Financing Option (if applicable).
- Down payment, if applicable, is non-refundable.
3. Reservation & Holding
- Items may be reserved only upon confirmed down payment.
- Reservation periods are subject to agreement; failure to complete payment within the agreed period may result in cancellation.
4. Inspection & Test
- Buyer has the right to inspect and test the item before finalizing the purchase.
- For vehicles: test drive can be arranged upon schedule.
- For electronics/appliances: demo/testing can be done before handover.
5. Warranties
- No warranty unless explicitly stated in the listing.
- Brand new items may carry manufacturer’s warranty subject to their terms.
6. Transfer of Ownership
- For vehicles: Transfer of ownership will proceed upon full payment and completion of necessary documents.
- For properties: Buyer shoulders CGT, Transfer of Title, and other applicable fees (unless otherwise agreed).
- For gadgets/appliances: Receipt of payment signifies full transfer of ownership.
7. Returns & Refunds
- No return, no exchange once the item is released and inspected by the buyer.
- Refunds will only be granted if there is a misrepresentation of the product.
8. Delivery / Pick-Up
- Buyer may choose pick-up or arranged delivery (delivery fees to be shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise stated).
- For properties and vehicles, release is upon complete payment and documentation.
